Download the free app and start uploading your progress. If you prefer a desktop experience, signing up online is quick and tracking your weight loss is easy.
Track Progress
Establish your starting point. Calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) to see if you are within a healthy weight range for your height. Then, track your progress within the app, logging your fitness and goals – like hitting 10,000 steps a day.
Log your weight
Our user-friendly app makes crushing your goals easy. Use it to record weight loss, track activities, monitor steps, log meals, manage calories and stay motivated. Be sure to log your progress on Weigh-In Wednesdays!
